Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

QLI Impact is a project fully owned and operated by ESGP Life, Inc. By using the ESGP Life platforms including https://qli-platform.com and https://qli-global.com, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Payment Terms. Your use of the platform signifies your acceptance of these terms.

2. Our Core Services

QLI Impact, a platform operated by ESGP Life, Inc., provides the following core services to registered users, including individuals, businesses, and non-governmental organizations, to facilitate philanthropy through spending and donation activities within a SocialTech ecosystem, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations:

A) Kindness IP (Intellectual Property) Creation: QLI Impact develops a proprietary kindness identity for each registered user, comprising a digital social profile, a branded representation of their philanthropic activities, participation in kindness-focused initiatives, creation and membership in Kindness Guilds, which include communities of supporters. Users may receive digital recognition (e.g., badges) for their contributions, subject to platform policies.

B) Vetting of Social Impact Organizations and Businesses: QLI Impact conducts standardized vetting of participating organizations and businesses using the QLI/IOSQ rating system to ensure transparency and protect stakeholder interests. This includes evaluations of impact quantity (e.g., measurable outcomes such as meals funded), quality (e.g., organizational credibility), and value (e.g., long-term social impact), as determined by QLI Impact’s proprietary metrics.

C) QLI Points Issuance and Impact Tracking: QLI Impact issues QLI Points to users for eligible spending or donation activities, which serve as a digital reward system for tracking philanthropic contributions. Points are calculated based on QLI/IOSQ evaluations, including Qlimpact Value measurements, and are reflected in user profiles to document their impact. QLI Points are a digital financial instrument intended for use within the QLI Impact platform and may be subject to future blockchain integration, as determined by QLI Impact.

ESGP Life provides a platform for connecting donors with NGOs to support social impact projects. Users must use the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. Misuse, including fraudulent activities, is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment Process

All donations and payments made through ESGP Life are processed securely. For online payments, We accept various forms of payment including credit card, debit card, and other digital payment methods approved on our platform. For offline payments, separate contractual agreements will outline the specific terms, payment methods, and schedules agreed upon between donors and NGOs.

4. Funds Handling Policy

Donations and payments made through QLI Impact, operated by ESGP Life, Inc., are transactions conducted on behalf of funders, directed to the social impact organizations specified by them. QLI Impact acts solely as a facilitator for these transactions. By initiating a donation or payment, funders authorize QLI Impact to process payments to the designated recipient organization in accordance with their instructions. Funds received through direct donations or kindness activities fees collected by participating businesses via QLI Impact’s proprietary kindness IP programs (e.g., Kindness Guilds) are held by QLI Impact in trust on behalf of the designated beneficiary social impact organizations. These funds do not constitute revenue for QLI Impact or the organizing businesses. QLI Impact deducts applicable fees, including a 15% service fee on donations (as detailed in the Service Fee Schedule), as well as any fees charged by organizing businesses for kindness activities, before transferring the remaining funds to the beneficiary organizations.

For online donations and payments received from funders, ESGP Life will transfer the equivalent amount to the social impact projects onboarded to our platform. These transfers will occur on a regular basis and will not exceed a frequency of 30 days. All transfers will be net of any necessary fees, including but not limited to our platform fees and payment gateway fees.

For offline donations and payments, ESGP Life will facilitate the transfer of funds as per the terms agreed in the separate contracts between the donors and NGOs. The timing and conditions of these transfers will be determined by the specific offline agreements and may include additional fees as stipulated in the contract.

5. Service Fees

For donations made or funds raised through our platform or QLI impact, each transaction would be subject to a service fee of 15%. The service fee collected is for our core services as specified above and the fees charged by payment gateways.
